This morning we’re going to start things off a little differently around here 
Have you heard of Marvelous Monday yet? Well, if you haven’t make sure you check out Katie’s blog and read up on what Marvelous Monday is all about because it’s going to be a regular occurrence around here from now on! 
If you haven’t noticed already, I am all about finding the positives and beauty in our lives, so when Katie announced her idea of Marvellous Monday and writing a post about all of the marvelous things in our lives each Monday I was extremely excited and knew that I wanted to participate!
So what’s so marvellous about my life lately?
Waking up with DOMS
When I woke up yesterday, I felt like I was hit by a bus – in a good way of course! I usually feel this way after I complete my leg and chest days, so my first of two rest days throughout the week is usually taken after my chest day; therefore, yesterday was a marvelous day of rest! But, I’m ready to hit up the gym right after I finish up breakfast here
Which is also pretty marvelous…
NuNaturals Lemon Liquid Stevia
Ever since I received this in the mail from the giveaway I won over at Julie’s blog, I have been hooked! All of the flavours, vanilla, orange, and lemon are absolutely amazing and make an appearance throughout my day at least once, but the lemon flavour is by far my favourite of them all!
My new best friend
I actually have a new favourite snack combo involving this marvelous product!
It’s not to pretty, but it tastes like heaven! All you need is 1 cup Greek yogurt, hemp seeds, raw buckwheat groats, chia seeds, and liquid lemon stevia!
New nail polish
Katie is always inspiring me and her nails never cease to amaze me either! This week, I purchased a new nail polish by L’OREAL called Now You Sea Me (I always love the fun names they give to nail polish!) I love this new colour and it’s such a nice change from the mint greens and teals that I am always drawn to…
Grape tomatoes
Don’t you just love it when you experience the best of some type of fruit or vegetable? My Mom bought these tomatoes from the grocery store yesterday and they are marvelous. Just like candy!
My stocked cupboard of tea
When my Mom and I had our girls getaway on Thursday, we paid a visit to DavidsTea (three visits to be exact), so I could replenish my depleting stock that I brought with me from London!
I was so happy we got to go to David’s; I was definitely experiencing some withdrawal. I purchased six different types of teas and tried three new flavours released for summer!

Meatless Monday
I am still loving my tofu mousse, but I have made a new flavour combination that I may love even more seeing as how I’ve had it four times since last Monday…
It tastes like custard and it is marvelous! You have to give this one a try!
Healthy Tofu “Custard”
170 grams firm tofu
1/4 cup almond milk
15 drops liquid lemon stevia
1/3 scoop vanilla protein powder (approximately 10 grams)
Blend until smooth, chill, and enjoy!
Life sure is marvelous isn’t it? 
I’m sure my workout is going to be marvelous, too

I went through a phase where I was buying a carton of grape tomatoes every week just to snack on. They are SO good! I love the idea of that tofu custard!

I’m envious of your tea stock – I’ve got a huge one but am just starting my David’s Tea selection! Have you tried the summer watermelon and pineapple flavours? I have those at my desk! I also just tried ‘forever nuts’ – oh my – it tastes like waffles and maple syrup!!

My marvelous Monday includes signing the contract to buy my first home! *squeals with excitement* This weekend I also stopped at a tea shop, Chinese Tea Culture, and bought a few interesting loose leaf teas and a new tea travel mug. My birthday is this week and my husband asked me what I thought about a tea of the month club as one of my gifts (he is so good to me!)
I usually go with a French manicure with sparkle pink nail beds. The French manicure just seems to match everything. Sometimes I do like to mix it up and will go with a hot pink, turquoise, or purple.

My Monday is marvelous because I was supposed to be working until 8.30pm, but I rescheduled my client so I’m leaving now (2pm) to go home and write your program!! Haha how marvelous for both of us

I looooove grape tomatoes. Especially the orange ones. I normally buy a big container at same club, hoping that they’ll last me the whole week, but they never do!

One marvelous thing about my life is that I’m getting married in 26 days! My weekend was really good and relaxing! My nails are ALWAYS painted! I actually just blogged about my recent favorites!

Love that nail polish! My toes (I can’t paint my fingernails – for some reason it always bothers me!) are almost always pink or red, but my favorite is a shimmery orange/pink I have that reminds me of the sunset

Yum, love the sound of that protein custard. That lemon stevia sure is wonderful – and I love your nail colour! I’m all about the blues and greens this season – my current favourite on my toes is Turquoise and Caicos (an Essie colour) and I really want to find the perfect shade of mint green for my fingernails!

One marvelous thing in my life is having you for a bestie! My weekend was wonderful! My fingernails aren’t painted very often! lol. I always end up chipping them and I am pretty much incapable of painting my left hand!

I went white water rafting with my boyfriend yesterday to celebrate and it was so much fun!
I’m obsessed with painting my nails fun colors this year– they are a funky shade of pink/purple/magenta (haha I can’t tell the exact color) but I love them!

Ooh I love the greek yogurt mix! it’s like lemon poppyseed yogurt haha! I actually won that same stevia combo in a giveaway from Shannon, and I haven’t yet done anything with the lemon….time to give it a go! And that nail polish color is GORGEOUS. perfect for summer! I bought one the other week that was Tiffany’s blue, it’s on my toenails right now! for some reason i feel like colored polish looks really awkward on my short fingernails, so I think I’m going to get those gel nails (but with some of my own colors) so they can look a bit more sophistocated haha. I love this marvelous monday idea, and you!

I had a half snow day today at CU Boulder so I missed one of my classes….that said I am so over cold and winter!! It makes me sad! My weekend was wonderful because my mommy came and visited me!! And I love painting my nails a pastel color!!
P.S. That Tofu Custard looks really good!! I will try it when I am home for the summer!
