Woweee! How is it Friday already!? I hope you all had a great week, wait, who am I kidding? I know you had an awesome week – there are so many high fives to give out this week, so we better get started! :) 

Kelly sent in two high five submissions this week! (Thanks Kelly!)

I'm giving myself a "High Five" this week for fitting into a dress I haven't be able to wear in YEARS and wearing said dress on a date-night with my hubby… Our first date night in almost a year! 

I'm also giving myself a High Five this week for starting a new link-up party for bloggers – called "Healthy Living Thirsty Thursday!" Each week, bloggers can post a new juice or smoothie recipe and I'll link them up at the bottom of my post.  I even created a logo and Twitter hashtag #hltt – here's a link to this week's post and explanation: http://nosugarsweetlife.com/content/healthy-living-thirsty-thursday-peach-pie-juice

Jessica says, I wanted to give myself a high five because I made my own 6-week training program! I stopped using a trainer (Tara) due to a lot of unpredictability in my new career and not being able to fully commit to one of her programs. But, I wanted to make a commitment to my ob fitness, so I made my own plan! I love it and had so much fun making it! 

Meghan also has two high fives for herself this week!

I'm high fiving myself for swinging the 44lb kettlebell at our box this week! I'd never done it before and was pretty proud of myself.  

One of my tweets made it into Self Magazine this month! 

Cat says, 

My high five this week is for beating my PR for swimming a mile! My old record was 57 minutes. I didn't just beat it, I buried it! 50 minutes even! High Five!

Cinnamon submitted two high fives this week!
One for having a very successful 2nd 23PAWS party on Monday!!
And another for my husband Paul and his awesome triathlon performance last Saturday!!
Jinx says, 

I'm giving myself a high five for handling a tricky situation at work well, for ticking tonnes of things off my pre-law school checklist this week and for getting an epic victory for a client at work.

Annelle is giving herself a high five for her growing bicep muscle! 


Heather gets a high five for being asked by Brenda Davis, RD to contribute to her book, Becoming Vegan!
This is a wonderful opportunity for Heather and is definitely not something that happens to everyone! I am so proud of her! This is a piece from Heather's blog when she announced the exciting news:

Anne gets a high five for doing her first morning workout of the summer! 

Tina gets a high five for launching another roung of her very successful Best Body Bootcamp!

Chelsea gets a high five for completing the longest bike ride she's done all summer!

Sara gets a high five for setting a new PR for squats!

Alexandra gets a high five for setting a new PR for chest presses!

Heather gets a high five for running a 5k!

Brittany gets a high five for self hosting her blog! 

Christina gets a high five for finishing her dissertation!

Tara gets a high five for trying sweet potato fries for the first time!

Nicole gets a high five for participating in her first prenatal yoga class!

Danielle gets a high five for beginning her training for her half marathon! 

Brittany, Lindsay, and Julie all get high fives for participating in the Surviveon35 Challenge!

Laura gets a high five for seeing phenomenal strength gains – she squatted 1.5x her bodyweight this week and has only been training seriously for a month!

Courtney gets a high five for opening up about her health this week on her blog – she is so admirable! 

Molly gets a high five for participating in the Facebook C Diet which is going to help her track her eats in hopes to eat more healthy!

Emily gets a high five for publishing her very first vlog! 

Jessica gets a high five for getting a 91% on her Organic Chemistry exam!

Ashley gets a high five for receiving a substitute teaching job! 

Heather gets a high five for trying escargot for the first time!

Chelsey gets a high five for trying overnight oats for the first time!

Krysten, Robyn, and Jess get high fives for participating in the Warrior Dash!

Stephanie gets a high five for starting p90x!

Amanda gets a high five for running a 5k!

Fiona gets a high five for creating her own Amazing Me page!

Cheryl gets a high five for registering for a crossfit training course!

And last, but not least I need to give Brent from linkytools.com a high five for helping me out with my blog yesterday!

Phew! I told you there were a lot of high fives this week ;)

What are you giving yourself a high five for this week? As you can see from above, anything counts as a high five! You don't have to find a cure for cancer or make it to the Olympics – little triumphs are high fives, too! They all matter and everything deserves to be celebrated which is why I try so hard to incorporate a variety of different people every Friday <3 

This week, I am giving myself a high five for being asked to participate in another leadership opportunity for my university. Just yesterday I was asked if I'd like to be interviewed about my leadership (and blog!) Of course, I accepted the offer! I am so thrilled and grateful for another wonderful opportunity! :)

So many warm fuzzies! (I remember that’s what my babysitter used to call them growing up, clearly it’s stuck with me).

My high five this week? I ate a big, carb-y, cheese-y dinner last night. And I have yet to experience any guilt from it whatsoever. :-)
