Work it Out Wednesday: Chest and Tri’s

by Meg on October 31, 2012

First off, Happy Halloween! :)

I'm not much of a Halloween person, but I did help remove the inards of a pumpkin yesterday after it had been carved! That was about as "halloweenie" I got this year ;)

Lately, my life has been filled with school and all that goes along with that (lots and lots of group projects) as well as some heavy lifting! I've been getting great feedback from some of my best friends on the workouts that I have shared in the past, so I thought I'd share my favourite chest and triceps workout to date! :)

It's a killer! Your triceps are most definitely going to feel the burn we all long for! Enjoy :)

Chest and Triceps Workout from October 23rd 2012

Incline DB Chest Press 4 x 12, 8, 8, 8

Bench Press 3 x 8 – 10

Chest Flyes 4 x 8 (last set drop set)

EZ Bar Skullcrushers 3 x 12 superset w/ Close Grip Bench Press with EZ Bar 3 x 12

Bent Over Cable Rope Triceps Extensions 3 x 10

Single Arm Triceps Pushdown 3 x 10

I'm still looking for High Five Friday submissions! Read here for more information on how to submit your high five! :)

I love incline DB press – or that feeling it leaves me with when done!

GREAT WORKOUT!! Definitely gonna give it a try!

Also I am with you, had a pretty dull halloween. Just coaching, strength training, and a protein shake haha

This is my kind of arm workout! I love the variety. Heck I love anything involving upperbody lifting. Arm days are holidays.
