First off, Happy Halloween!
I'm not much of a Halloween person, but I did help remove the inards of a pumpkin yesterday after it had been carved! That was about as "halloweenie" I got this year ;)
Lately, my life has been filled with school and all that goes along with that (lots and lots of group projects) as well as some heavy lifting! I've been getting great feedback from some of my best friends on the workouts that I have shared in the past, so I thought I'd share my favourite chest and triceps workout to date! :)

Chest and Triceps Workout from October 23rd 2012
Incline DB Chest Press 4 x 12, 8, 8, 8
Bench Press 3 x 8 – 10
Chest Flyes 4 x 8 (last set drop set)
EZ Bar Skullcrushers 3 x 12 superset w/ Close Grip Bench Press with EZ Bar 3 x 12
Bent Over Cable Rope Triceps Extensions 3 x 10
Single Arm Triceps Pushdown 3 x 10
