Good morning everyone and happy High Five Friday!
We have so much to celebrate today, so let’s not waste any time!
Here are the high fives that were submitted to me this week via email:
Ellie – “I paid off a student bursar bill and now my transcripts can be released! I think I deserve some dunkin’ donuts today don’t you?
One step closer to college in the fall!”
Lori – “A high five to myself for announcing and launching my personal training business- Purely Fit Life and for taking the step to follow my dream.”
Amanda – “For my High Five Friday, I wanted to congratulate myself on not using my food scale! This was such a huge accomplishment for me and I can’t wait to continue NOT using it!
”
Rebecca – “I found out that I was accepted as a nuun ambassador!!”
Nadja – “This week, I’m giving myself a High Five for listening to my body. First, as I was still recovering from a flu and was feeling exhausted, I decided to take one more rest day. Then, on Tuesday night, I was literally craving some Pizza, so I decided to have one slice of it even if it wasn’t the most “clean” meal, and I felt really satisfied after it.”
Melissa – “High 5 to me! I had a great week. I hit over 700 followers on my Instagram account (treats_with_a_twist) and I was accepted as a QuestBar affiliate, meaning I now have a beautiful Quest ad on my blog’s sidebar (http://treatswithatwist.com), and you can click the ad and order my favorite bars (I seriously would never advertise for a company I can’t stand behind)! I highly recommend any Quest fans to please order through my link! Also, I had a GREAT week in the gym! A different trainer trained me and she said she thought my arms look so toned, and the muscles are looking perfect while I’m working! I was very excited about that. And, I had another successful weigh in! One last thing I’m very proud of and excited about, I’ve been getting so many new commenters on my blog and it just makes me feel so good. It warms my heart to know that everyone is loving the Treats I make!”
Lindsay – “This week I created my second home workout, got to work on some really fun projects at work, and I’m officially freelance writing up a storm! I’m so lucky and blessed to have these opportunities! Happy HFF!”
Thanks for participating girls!
I always appreciate it! I hope to hear from you again next week!
