Good morning, friends!
I have to admit, I’m quite confused as to which day of the week it is. I think it’s all the traveling I’ve done lately. Yesterday I kept thinking it was Sunday, so today feels like Monday to me. But we all know better than that. Today is most definitely Friday, so let’s rock this 77th High Five Friday celebration!
The following high fives were submitted to me through email. If you’d like to participate in next week’s HFF pleas email me at email@example.com The more the merrier
Heather – “I’m taking the leap & signing up with a coach for my first bikini competition! This is going to be tough, but I’m really excited to see how I respond to this – especially the super-clean eating!”
Anna – “I have opened enrolment for my first group coaching program for emotional eating”
Mitchell – “I want to high-five myself for taking a rest day this week. I haven’t taken one in months, leaving me exhausted and unhappy. Here’s to remembering how important is to letting your body recuperate. ”
Jan – “My high five friday for this week is although I suddenly had to travel interstate all week I was able to find a local gym to sign up to and keep going with the new strength program I have just started.”
Lauren – “I did my first unassisted chin up!!!! BEAST MODE!”
Deana – “I finally have a summer break! After doing 4 courses over the summer I have holidays! I still work but that’s only about two days a week! Yay!”
Meg – “I’m giving myself a high five this week for starting my first job! I can’t tell you how blessed I feel or how much I love my job. Also, thanks to you, I’ve been killing the GPP Fitness workouts and LOVE them.”
Sloane – “I am giving myself two high fives today! One for trying my first few GPP workouts and the other for making the tough decision to stay in Utah for longer than I originally planned! I will also be giving my Dad a high five today for practicing yoga and doing the dancer pose!”
Thanks to those who continue to support HFF It wouldn’t be the celebration it is today if it wasn’t for your support, so keep sending me high fives and keep being proud of yourself!
The remaining high fives are the surprise high fives, which are the successes and accomplishments I have recognized throughout the week!
