Good morning, loves!
I hope everyone’s morning is off to a good start. I’m just enjoying my breakfast here and reviewing my study notes. I have my first exam today! Wish me luck!

Even more of a reason for me to make another

Since today’s post has been all about breakfast, I might as well share a breakfast recipe that I created yesterday and absolutely fell in love with. I call it Pear Hash Browns.
Pear Hash Browns
1 pear, cubed
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pear cubes to pan and sauté until softened. Season with cinnamon.
This recipe is pretty simple, but it was worth sharing. It’s also worth noting that pairing pears with dippy eggs was an incredibly good decision. Who knew pears and yolk tasted so good together!?
Pears are a very good source of fiber and also provide us with vitamin C and K as well as antioxidants. So, eat up!
Have you tried any new breakfasts lately? Clearly, I’m on the hunt, so let me know your favourites
Today’s recipe will also appear on Laura’s #strangebutgood link up which takes place this Friday
