So, I did something last night that I’ve never before.
I compared two pictures of myself side by side to see the progress I’ve made.
The picture on the left was taken six weeks ago and the picture on the right was taken yesterday before my GPP WOD. I think this is proof that “GPP looks good on” (a famous quote of theirs) as I’m finally making progress after quite a long time of searching and figuring out “what works for me.” I finally found the type of fitness and workouts I love doing and I am in a very healthy and happy place with my diet, too. I hope to blog more about that next week.
I haven’t chatted much about GPP or fitness on the blog for a while, so I thought I’d share some of my favourite WODs with you today. I’ve never actually walked away from a GPP WOD thinking “I hated that workout”, I love them all, but I do have some favourites! Including yesterdays!

Something else I like is my new AMRAP Nutrition tank top! I’m wearing it in the picture above on the right and in the pictures below.
I do love working out in my Lululemon gear, but this AMRAP tank is a great option, too. It fits me perfectly and the material is incredibly soft. The perfect workout top!
