Well, it’s great to hear that many of you seem interested in the Breakfast Challenge I will be launching in November!
Remember, I will be sharing all of the details about the challenge with you on Thursday, so please don’t miss Thursday’s post! I will also be revealing which company is sponsoring the Breakfast Challenge within that post, too! Thursday will be a very, very exciting day!
But, today is Tuesday, which means…
Yeah, I got fancy and made a pretty little Tea Tuesday image I hope you approve.
In today’s Tea Tuesday I will be reviewing a tea I can’t get enough of lately…
Hot Lips is a green tea and one of my “go to” green teas from DAVIDsTEA. Especially in the autumn months. It is the perfect tea for this season as I tend to crave spicy teas throughout autumn and in cool weather.
This particular tea; however, is different from your typical “spicy tea” as it is really spicy. So, you have to love spice to love this tea. Which I do.
The heat comes from pink peppercorns and chilli peppers, but the full list of ingredients include:
- Green tea
- Pink peppercorn
- Chilli pepper
- Natural flavouring
all of which are organic.
Since I can handle the heat, I allow my tea to steep the entire time I sip at it; however, if you don’t want it too spicy I recommend only allowing this tea to steep 3 – 4 minutes.
I enjoy this tea most without any additional ingredients such as milk or sweeteners. It’s perfect the way it is, so I always drink mine as is or “black”
If you like cinnamon heart candies, this tea is most definitely for you as it reminds me of those candies very much!
Do you think you’d enjoy Organic Hot Lips? What flavour of tea do you crave in the cooler months of the year?
