Happy Friday everyone!
I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been this happy to know today is Friday! I don’t hate Mondays. I don’t live for the weekend. But, for some reason, knowing today is Friday feels especially good to me today! I guess it’s been a long week. So, I am ready for a huge High Five Friday celebration!

Meg – “I’m giving myself a High Five this week for DOING IT ANYWAY… Last night was my work party and I left gross, bloated and really wanted to just call off the night and stay home feeling sorry for myself. NO, instead, I put on a cute outfit and dragged my butt to the party! I ended up having a great time and feeling so much better. Happy Friday to all!!”
Lindsay – “This week, I want to high five my amazing co-workers. We’ve all had quite a week, and I feel so lucky to have them on my side. This whole week has tested all of us. And because of that, I made some handmade cards to bring in for those who really, really deserve the high fives today :)”
Miss Polkadot – “This week I’m giving myself a High Five for letting go. Off stress, expectations, calorie counting – to simply live and enjoy life.”
Colleen – “My high five of the week is that I had a SUPER busy week at work–nonstop projects, meetings, and presentations–which consisted of sitting at my desk all day long. On top of that, I had grad school at night. But, I still managed to fit 3 workouts in this week, which is pretty incredible! I’m giving myself a high five for prioritizing my health even during a busy time.”
Sara – “Our high five for this week is a very exciting one for us. You know how there are two sides to breast feeding? The dark scary side where you question if you are able to do it, and the side where you go okay I got this. Well this week we made it to the other side. Nursing Lilly is no longer a chore, it is now our special time together.”
Elina – “I created a health and fitness Instagram! Think healthy recipes, lots of breakfast, and healthy foodporn I’m celebrating my one week insta-birthday today, and I have almost 100 followers! Check out my page <3″
Deana – “My high five is that I’ve spent a week in my new apartment! I love it and it helps so much with my mood! I love being downtown. I was worried I didn’t know the area but I’m adjusting. :)”

Aubrey – “In three months from today I will people an NASM personal trainer and exercise specialist!!!”
It seems to me that HFF is getting a bit more popular week by week! I love having new participants and a bigger post week after week! So, thank you to all of you who email me your high fives It truly makes me shine! Thank you!
My high five this week is for being able to stay positive and not let negativity get me down! I also have to give a special high five to my boyfriend who always has my back and knows exactly what to say!
