Hi, I’m Meg! I’m a passionate Registered Holistic Nutritionist, the Queen of positive self talk, and nutrient seeker.

Basically… I believe that real food and a positive mind can heal you from the inside out.

My goal is to help you break loose from the control food has on you and free yourself from the negative thoughts that occupy such precious space in that beautiful mind of yours by giving you the tools that you need to heal your relationship with food and yourself.

What I’m saying is… I’m here to help you fall in love with yourself.

The loving relationship you’ll develop with yourself will flourish from creating a healthy relationship with food, removing any labels you’ve given to food such as “good” and “bad”, and taking away the power food has over you. You’ll feel a deep, powerful love for yourself like never before by taking the time to get to know yourself, understand your body, and become intuitive.

How do I know feeling a love like this for yourself is entirely possible? Because I’ve found it for myself!

I’ve spent years healing my body and my relationship with food by simplifying my life after years of restriction and obsession with food. I ensured that every action I made led me to a healthier and happier life.

With happiness and health as my focus for all of my actions, I was able to rid my life of the eating disorder I struggled with for years, overcome anxiety and depression, and gain the mental strength I needed to conquer the consistent negative chatter in my mind. I stopped trying to run from and restrict myself and began to love and nourish myself.

I am here to help you create the life you’ve always dreamt of.

Throughout my journey I’ve learnt that your body and the food you eat do not have to be the enemy. I once ran from my body and food, but now I see my body as my home, my only home, and I use food to heal.

I want you to have this amazing, loving relationship with your body and food, too. I care about you, your health, and your happiness. You deserve nourishment and love.

On the professional side of things…

Meghan studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) after completing her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition at Brescia University College and Western University. Her own health journey has inspired her to help others to use food as their medicine and help their bodies to heal so they, too, can live nourished lives.
