Marvellous Me
This page was inspired by Caitlin. She created a list titled, Amazing Me, which is an ongoing list of things that make her amazing!
I loved Caitlin’s idea and was reminded that I am amazing and marvellous too when I received this package from Chelsey.
You can read more about the above package and Amazing Me here.
I will be creating my own Amazing Me list and be updating it frequently as I think of more things that make me amazing.
You can show your support by creating your own Amazing Me page on your blog or by using the hashtag #AmazingMe on Twitter.

Your list is so Amazing, Meg! We have so much in common. I love that you sing in church. Singing is something I do when I’m alone to relieve stress! I also take good care of my teeth
flossing was on my list! And being a non picky eater really IS something to be proud of. Being open minded is so important! I love you, Marvelous Meg!
I love your list and I love that you are going to continually update it, such a great idea and a fabulous way to always remind yourself of the amazing and marvelous things you do!
I LOVE this Meg! You’re so amazing
hey meg! i cant believe this is the first time ive read this! im a major fan of ur blog and ur so inspiring. i was wondering if i could maybe talk to u and get some advice. i just turned 17 and have been struggling to recover from annorexia for about a yr now. last week my doctors talked to my parents about considering a day center/ hospitalization but its not immediate. i worked really hard this week and for the first time actually gained. im terrified tht my metabolism will never speed up and eating this much (what a normal person would eat to loose weight) will continue to make me gain forever, and that ill loose all self control. i feel myself becoming more and more hungry and this scares me. was this part of ur recovery as well? i cant control all these thoughts and fears that keep popping up.
your hunger cues are great! that means that your body’s metabolism is waking up! please don’t fear food <3
Hi Meg (and Sara),
I feel very similarly to Sara with my food intake fears and would also like to hear about Meg’s recovery process. Meg would you mind sharing? I have a noticed that there appears to be a trend in your recipes and WIAW’s: low-carb, high-protein, medium-fat, small portions. Would you say that this is pretty accurate? If so, do you find that you have enough energy throughout the day? Low-carb often depletes me of energy needed to get through the day, so I was hoping to get your advice on this. Thanks so much!
Who is Sara?
I’m sorry, but I think you are assuming things about what I eat. I do not show everything I eat throughout the day and in no means do I eat a low carb diet, high protein, medium fat diet. I hope you can understand that I eat a balanced diet and not make assumptions any longer.
Hi Meg, Oops- meant Sam not Sara!
Please know that I certainly did not mean for you to take any offense to my inquiry- I was merely curious- sorry? I only inferred this based on the recipes listed on your blog. I am sure you are following a very healthful lifestyle and give you a lot of credit for doing it!
Ohhh I may "steal/link" this idea for my bloggity blog. Merci!
This is such an amazing idea!
I think it’s so, so important for us women to really think about all the fantastic things that make us, us… and unique.
We need to be reminded that we are great people with talents, gifts and qualities that are pretty enviable!
Self-love is the most important kind of love… we need to learn to love ourselves first and foremost to live a happy, fulfilling and content life!
Thanks for spreading the love, I may even start this on my blog too
I think you should!
Thanks for the comment <3
Hey Meg!
I was just browsing through your blog and discovered this list. I can’t believe I didn’t notice it before. After reading it I can tell you’re an even more amazing person than I thought! You are very inspirational and I love that you are not afraid of showing who you truly are. I was not aware of your eating disorder but I am very proud of you for over coming such a struggle. I’ve gone through something quite similar and I know it’s not easy! If you ever come to Nebraska to visit your friend you’ll definitely have to make a stop in Colorado too! haha
Thanks Ashley!!!!!!! Would love to visit you!
Hey! I know that your blog is much more established than what most of the criteria says, but I nominated your blog for the Liebster Award. Don’t feel obligated, I just wanted you to know that I love staying up with your blog! Here is the link to my post if you feel like checking it out
