I love fitness; especially weight lifting. I rarely do cardio (most of my cardio takes place while I shop
), but if I do any cardio I prefer it to be in the form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) such as sprint intervals, a Body Rock workout, or Tabata. I prefer HIIT over extensively long, steady-state runs of the treadmill because cardio is just not my thing, it is not necessary for what I am trying to achieve (muscle gain), and HIIT is a quick, sweaty, challenging type of workout!

Can you give your weekly workout schedule? Can you suggest a weekly workout schedule for a very newbie at everything but desperately wanting weekly goals and a sense of productivity each day.
Have you ever done a WIAW or suggestions on how daily meal plans might go? I actually like all the stuff you show on your blog. Similar tastes.

HAHA! Amazing!? Oh girl, well thanks, but I still have work to do and goals to accomplish! I am currently doing the LiveFit trainer, but WITHOUT the cardio. NO cardio, just weights
I’m so with you on your fitness plan! I do cardio while shopping or going out
I do like HIIT WO though and I love to lift weight. I’m just getting into the whole fitness scene and I love it! I’m a little self conscious in the gym still.. but I hope that will get less once I improve
I just heard you talk about performing a Dead Lift in front of your trainer – that’s so me! I’d be scared too! Even if a trainer is there to help and coach you… I always want to know what to do before I get taught
